Sponsorship Request Form

Thank you for contacting us to apply for a sponsorship! We have been a supporter of our area since 1939. Due to the nature of our business, we receive a large number of requests for sponsorships and regretably we cannot grant every request. We will carefully review each one and consider our available resources to meet the needs of the community.

Please read carefully and complete a Sponsorship Request form for each request. It is important to us to obtain the following information to determine if we are able to participate in your activity. Complete this form and return at a minimum of 30 days prior to your event and identify any print or advertising deadlines.
