I had a salesman by the name of Javier, he was very helpful and understanding the entire journey of me finding the perfect vehicle with the goal of saving money but satisfying what I was interested in my vehicle having. There was damage to the vehicle that was believed to be shipped/damaged while being on the dealership lot, and after purchasing I noticed of the damage and Javier was on it with the bodyshop fully repairing all damages and paint that was damaged when fixing the dent. Along with helping me when the tint company messed up my tint on my car. I am very pleased with his open mind and being able to make sure I enjoy a NEW fully paid for car. Thank you! We stopped to look at a Ford Maverick (used) that was in the lot. Javier came out very promptly to assist us. We took it for a test drive. Talked numbers and proceeded inside to discuss. While Javier went to talk to the finance manager I took a walk outside to look around. My eye caught a Chevy Trailblazer (new). Went back in and told my husband that there is a brand new Trailblazer in my favorite color (both exterior & interior) for just 3,000 more. Javier came back & we asked about the trailblazer. He promptly got to work on the numbers and helped us get the numbers where we were comfortable. It was a great experience. I definitely can recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Thank you.

I was charged $150 so they could tell me the code I had already had checked. I have an extended warranty and was told they couldn’t tell me if it was covered until they had torn the motor down at a cost of $9000, that I would be responsible for if it wasn’t covered. I will never go back.
